Dr. Sheets has been my gastro doctor for over 19 years and I have to say that he must be one of the best, if not the best. He listens carefully to my concerns, answers all my questions, and takes time to explain what he finds after a colonoscopy. His staff is also attentive and answers any questions I may have. I experienced a recent emergency and left a message for his secretary/nurse and she called me back within 5 minutes. I cannot say enough good about the Ohio Gastroenterology Group. Mary more

Terrible. My recent colonoscopy was far more unpleasant than it should have been. After fasting for 36 hours, I was forced to wait in the waiting room for 1 1/2 hours before being taken back. The prep instructions stated that they must be followed exactly. However when I complained about the difficulty of splitting the prep, I was told that I really could have taken it all the night before. I received no results from 1 of the 2 biospsies that were supposed to have been done. Although the doctor expressed concern over my BP, that was not included in the letter to my PC physician. I hallway bathroom !! more

Terrible... 2/28/2012

My appointment w/Dr. Sheets was at 2:00 and, when I finally double-checked w/the receptionist at 2:40 to find out if I was going to be seen, I got called into the next waiting room in the back. After 20 more minutes of waiting I decided that I couldn't really put much faith or trust in a doctor who can't see his patients w/in one hour of their scheduled appointment-time. Unfortunately, I cannot provide a review of their services, because I never got any, but I would imagine that it is not very good. Make sure you clear your entire day if you schedule w/OGG. This was, however, my first and last visit. BTW, I only put 'one-star' b/c 'zero-stars' was not an option. more
