Wendy's

I used to loved this restaurant because the food is good until recently i encountered a lady who was the server that day was very rude to me as their customer. I ordered from their menu and she did not give me what i ordered, I asked where my order was, she just looked around and pretended not to hear, and then she told me i taught you took it out. To make a long story short. I was upset. I made my payment and she blurted out by saying outloud about my method of payment as a credit card when what i handed her was my debit card. anyhow to make the story short ...I got out of this restaurant and left. I didn't know her name, but she looks stoned white face from a cakey chinese makeup i guess and also wearing a red lipstick. This server woman needs a very good lenghty training of how to offer excellent customer service to customers. If i were her employer i'd fire this employee on the spot. She don't deserve to be working in a service establishment if that is how she is going to treat customers. more

My family loves Wendy's II so much that we had my rehersal dinner for my wedding there. Their food is amazing and very reasonably priced. Going for dinner is a better deal because you get a much bigger plate of food for just a dollar or two more, and endless rice instead of rice on the plate. They also have terrific bubble tea shakes. Wendy is often there in the store, and her son knows my family because of how often we go. The restaurant can hold a few big parties, or individual diners. They have plenty of vegetarian options also. more
