I love to take my daughter to Wendy's to eat because there are so many healthy alternatives to your typical burger and fries kids meals. They now offer things like ham and cheese or turkey and cheese sandwiches in addition to chicken nuggets and hamburgers. Kids can also choose from regular or flavored milk instead of soda and from yogurt or oranges instead of french fries. The prices are very reasonable, as well, (between $2.49 and $2.79) and so it's not a bad deal for adults, either! Their toys for the kids meals are very durable and some of the best I have seen. For kids under 3, they offer Playskool toys (you do have to ask for these).
There are plenty of other great choices for adults. I am a big fan of there .99 menu because there are so many options. I recently tried their Frescata sandwiches, which are very good, but if you are trying to be healthy, make sure you tell them to hold the mayo because otherwise, they will douse your sandwich in it! In their combo meals, they offer lots of alternatives to fries, as well including Baked Lays, side salads, oranges, potatoes, and chili. I get tired of fries and usually don't even eat them, so I love all of the other choices!
This location gets VERY busy, especially if you go around noon. If you are going to eat in, I'd recommend going around 11 and be careful about where you park because the lines for the drive thru can get very long and you can end up getting trapped! Don't expect to be showered with warm fuzzies from the employees. They'll get you through quickly, but don't expect to see a smile or hear any friendly chatter. Half the time, they won't even make eye contact. This location does not have a play area, so if you're looking for a place to let your kids run around and unwind, you'll want to look elsewhere.
