The employees could care less about you as a customer. In fact they come off like they could care less to be there. I enjoy Wendy's (the brand and chain) for it's product and brand - what they represent and this place does not represent Wendy's positively at all.
When you are drive up to the window to pay for your food. You will see the worker in the next window dangling your food out the window. Then when you get to the window to receive your food, it's practically flown at you.
I think they need to hire new managers and employees or at least re-train them because more than likely you will not get your order warm or correct.
