!OH my gosh! today I saw this customer who was asking ordering her food at this wendy's. Man, I thought something was going to go down at this restaurant. Customer claim they never got her order right. And I agree they never do. My first visit in a long time today, lets start with the Cashier(Tehseen) horrible service I hardly understood what she was saying( no wonder why the customer was so upset and angry about her order, today) when trying to repeat what her order was. No to be rude or anything but she really needs to go back to school and learn some EN. I gave her my order but she never got it right. :( She only gave me half of what I was asking. This time around the Manager came to save her ass but the manager is an ass hole that doesn't get things straight either.. Wow they both need to be kicked out of the franchise ..seriously . The manager acts like a little pussy arguing with the customer like a little bitch(i would have been different if they the manager was a she not a he, but that was not the case) The freaking manager really has not respect and doesn't know when to shut the hell up. Really after all is about the customer being right and making the best effort to satisfied the customer which should be their first priority. I over heard that the manager said to the customer "you know what I don't have to sell you anything and you can go elsewhere" ..I was like $hit!.. I have never hear that before. He really needs to go back to school and learn on how to deal with "difficult customers and not take anything personal" and if he thinks that he won't get anyone like that...well, I shall say he better get use it..cuz in this business there will be a lot. I will recommend everyone to stay away from this restarant $HIT(hole)..is not worth of your money..you deserver better..I would rather by at McDonalds down the street from this place...The food is horrible at this place and bathrooms, tables and chairs are a mess ..I am not surprised ..I wouldn't expect much out of the manager ...he should be fired... lack of profesionalism and sanitation.
