Welzig Heating & Air

My experience with Welzig has been great. They had come out a few times over the past 8 years to service my furnace, air conditioner, and clean my air ducts. They were always on time, friendly, presented me with helpful information, and never tried to sell me anything. So this past May, my air conditioner and furnace needed to be replaced. In less than a week from my call I was going out of town for an extended period of time. They got everything ordered and installed before I left. They never asked me to upgrade anything let alone put pressure on me. It was a very easy process. In fact, I was wondering about the furnace tax credit. They encouraged me not to buy the unit that would qualify because it was very expensive and not needed for my type of house. The tax savings was not worth the cost of the unit for me. I have been very happy with my install. I would recommend Welzig heating and air. more

This is a great company that went out of their way to help me out in a tight spot.\r \r When my furnace stopped working this past spring, I called a couple of different companies for assistance. The other company was happy to wait until the next morning and gave me the standard four hour appointment window. Welzig Heating & Air came to my home after hours that day and got my furnace running along with a diagnostic service. Not only did I have an issue with a switch, but my heater core was cracked allowing carbon monoxide into my home. The switch was replaced temporarily so that we would have heat all weekend, and a new Lennox furnace was installed early the next week. The installation appointment started on time, and there was nothing left for me to clean up. I have nothing but praise for the workmanship and service of everyone I dealt with during my experience. \r \r Thanks Guys. I had problems with my furnace and AC and called Welzig. They sent Chris out to take a look. Chris was young , but very knowledgeable and professional. He discovered our furnace fan motor was leaking oil and recommended some other improvements to our venting and filtering . Chris came back and installed the fan motor and we will be also get a new Filtration system soon. Ask for Chris!! more

We have used Welzig three times. Two times for a furnace tune up and once for a A/C installation. Juan was the tech for each of our visits. He is very nice and a hard worker. They are a great company and I would not hesitate to use them again or recomend them. more

I have used Welzig twice now, once for A/C repair and once for a furnace tune up. Both times I delt with Marci in the office, a bit cranky, but very professional. Both times Robbie was the tech that showed up at my house, very good work and honest. I would not hesitate to use or recommend Welzig in the future. more
