There are very few places where you can walk in the door with an unusual question and find someone actually willing and able to help. Welna II is that kind of place... someone with a smile and a ton of knowledge is always behind the counter ready to point customers in the right direction or provide ideas/ tips/ suggestions. I bought my first house in this neighborhood about a year ago and thanks to Welna II the place is still standing! Can't recommend this neighborhood jewel highly enough. more

Welna II Hardware is an absolute godsend for anyone in the Seward neighborhood. Over the years of living here I have never found anyone who could say a harsh word about the store. The customer service is fabulous as every person is welcomed and helped as they walk into the store. This is such a nice change to the having to wander around in the large chains these days. If your lucky enough to catch Jim Welna (The Owner) there, and more often than not he is at the store, I urge you to start up a conversation with one of the nicest people you will ever meet. Welna II hardware is a breath of fresh air in a world full of commercialism. Pros: Great service, open every day of the week, feel good shopping there. Cons: Not an extreme selection, but has almost all of what you need. more
