have read some poor reviews about this theater in the past but have never had a bad experience until yesterday. I walked in with my two children to an empty lobby (no one in line) and asked for three tickets for Rango (a kids' movie). The guy at the cash quickly rang up three adult tickets. I asked why he didn't ring the kids up as such and he said because I didn't specify. I commented that I didn't think it was necessary to specify when he could clearly see they were not adults and was met with a blank stare. I asked him to credit the tickets and ring them up properly. He stated he would need his manager to do that, but made no move to actually call his manager. At this point I want to slap the little **** but, because I was with my kids, I simply asked him to call the manager. He did and when the manager came out he had the same crappy attitude. He argued with me that my kids could have been 11 (their age limit for kids tickets), to which I commented that if he was unsure of their age, he should have asked before ringing up the tickets! By this time I was pretty much dumbfounded at their complete lack of respect for me as a paying customer. All I wanted was for them to credit the kids' tickets and ring them up correctly, but what I got was a couple of rude, argumentative punks bickering with me over the age of my children (for a measly difference in price of $4.50). I told them to credit all three tickets, turned to my kids, apologized and explained I could not spend my money in a theater that treated its customers this way, and left. Had they just said, ""oops, sorry I thought they were 11,"" and fixed the tickets, I would have moved two feet to the right and spent another $40 on popcorn, candy and soda. Instead, not only did they lose out on their $4.50, but they lost a long-time customer. I won't go back here again - no wonder the lobby was empty...
