It's hard for me to understand why someone would not give this bank a excellent recommendation. Oh I see they don't bank there and therefore don't really have that much experience...

It's hard for me to understand why someone would not give this bank a excellent recommendation. Oh I see they don't bank there and therefore don't really have that much experience doing that many transactions. After all what can you do if you don't have an account at the bank? Cash a check, or some other things that would be better doing at your own bank.The staff is friendly and have made all of my transactions with 100% accuracy. What more can they do than that? more

Satisfactory at Best 6/7/2005

We have not had good experience with Wells Fargo in Tooele or elsewhere. The Tooele branch seems to suffer from a under par staff. We have our primary account somewhere else but we have dealt with this branch for just small transactions and they have made silly mistakes on things that could have been corrected if they would have taken the time to be accurate. I think the reputation of Wells Fargo has been damaged in my mind. They might be okay in some cases, but I would not bank there with my primary banking account. more
