since the rating is forced to submit this review i ranked it with one star (it means "unsatisfactory") but it's really less than that if thats even possible!\r \r this bank charges for everything & likes to make everything look very pretty when they fail to explain clearly so you understand and then dont get surprised when they start charging you for every little thing, or whats worst to charge your customers (just in case its a business acct). it is really for the extremely rich who dont care to give away their money to the bank or for people who dont care to lose their money because they have enough of it. \r \r if u are rich and like to make the bank even wealthier on your acct, instead of yourself, this is the best bank for you. but if u value ur money as well as the effort it takes u to save it, and want a bank who respects that and you, make sure to do your research and ask for evidence and all written & certified because if u dont they will take the advantage to deceive you for su more

We have had our account here for years now and never had any problem. The staff of this bank is so good and always have a good solution for your problems and recommend ways to save your money and your time. Though the online banking is a big boon now a days we don't need to see the bank at all. But trust me this bank has never given any problems ever and their credit card has given me many rewards ! more
