Wachovis Bank N.A. has proven to me time and again how unimportant, as a customer, I am to them. \r
When I first opened my checking account they forgot to place my order for checks. When I called and asked about them they had the nerve to ask me if I wanted to pay a fee for fast delivery of the checks that they forgot to order.\r

That was just the beginning. After about a month of being with them they changed the policy of placing payroll checks in my account as cash. Even though my paycheck is drawn on a Wachovia account I must now deposit it on Friday and wait until it clears on the following Tuesday to have access to my money. So I figured that I would just cash my paycheck out and then deposit the cash. No problem right? So after cashing my paycheck I was told I would have to go to the back of the line to make a second transaction. I contacted the main office via email and recieved a letter stating that I am entitled to two transactions at the window. When I replied and asked why
