Wells Fargo -WORST BANK EVER! 10/19/2010

Worst Ever.\r 1) Bankers are useless, do not even know how to use their computers. I tried to add my wife to my account - took the guy an hour!\r 2) No fraud protection, A hotel charged my card twice (double) and Wells Fargo (Credit Card) would not back me up, even though I had a receipt saying "paid in full". I paid twice for my vacation!!!!!\r 3) Phone operators are rude. more

BANKERS AT THIS BRANCH ARE INCOMPETENT. 3/1/2010

Do NOT GO TO THIS BRANCH!!! I had fradulent charges on my previous bank account so i closed out that one(or so i thought ) and opened up a new one. Well i thought everything was fine. The following day i went to a different branch to withdraw money and they asked what account i wanted the money from, point is theat at the huntington beach branch they never closed my account and opened up a new one and without my permission also opened me a business account. (mind you i only asked for information, i do not have a business yet!!) They are incompetent people.... the only transaction i would do would be to cash a check they are worthless for anything else... DO NOT GO TO THIS BANK!! more

unauthorized access to my credit 10/22/2009

Nice branch - not too busy, short lines, very nice staff. BUT when I went to open a savings account (savings, mind you, not checking, not credit) with cash, they ran an equfax credit report (no where did I authorize that-and I always read all the fine print).... Was not only not authorized, but so very odd for a bank to run my credit when I am the one handing THEM the cash....... SO, have to say, I wouldn't deal with them on any transaction more serious than cashing a check at the counter........ more

I like this bank because of its location in the supermarket shopping center with plenty of parking. The people inside are always helpful with a large staff ready to serve customers waiting in line.
