People are rude and not helpful. 9/23/2005

I recently switched banks FROM Wells fargo in Georgetown to the Austin location. Everytime I'd go in to cash or deposit a check at the GT location, the people were rude. Believe me there is more than one rude person at this location! I went in a few times with questions about my account and everyone wanted to pass the buck! No help there! The other location has smiling faces and seem to know what they're doing! more
