The best customer service ever experienced at a Wells Fargo! I had a complicated situation which, due to poor corporate practice (not Ely), turned extremely ugly. Dana handled it beautifully and due to her thoroughness, the situation was reconciled. I truly believe without her, I would still be fighting with corporate WF. I know that she was diligent in efforts to return my accounts to proper order. It was not an easy task. I will make every effort to make Ely Wells Fargo my home bank due to the staff. more

Financial Convenience has come to Ely! 7/26/2005

I was excited on a recent visit to this Iron Range town to discover that this large chain has a full-service bank one block off the main street of downtown. This is a wonderful convenience for visitors to this vacation destination who could most likely use extra cash in their pockets. PROS: Location, full-service bank CONS: more
