We worked with this company, on a first time mortgage, for about 3 months. Every time I spoke with our consultant she forgot who I was, wasn't at the office or busy. I always got the same line, let me call you back. She would call when it was inconvenient got me and we kept playing phone tag. There were a few times she didn't call at all. She had computer trouble twice and supposively "lost" our information and phone numbers. I would not recommend them.
