I've had great experiences with Wells Fargo bank since I first opened my account 4 years ago. The tellers are friendly, the bank is easy to access and depending on when you go it's usually in and out quick (except fridays at 4:00). The ATM's are always up and working. They don't charge for checking, online banking or service charges! more

Your basic predictable banking outlet. 6/9/2005

I have no bad experiences to report about Wells Fargo. I don't have any "above and beyond" stories either. Just your average bank with a few really good personal banking associates in the mix. Melissa Falcon at the Highland Mall branch was especially helpful. PROS: Convenient branches and ATMs, nice staff. CONS: Still don't re-imburse all the ATM fees like some competitors. more
