The Wellness Center at Bristol Hospital is also part of Health Trax, which means that whether you are looking for a gym/pool or if you are in need of physical therapy... the Wellness Center has something to meet your needs. The physical therapy department has a friendly and highly trained staff that will help work out any physical issues that you might be going through. The Wellness Center also has programs and services for diabetes, obesity, massage therapy, medication help, as well as help for those with arthritis or wounds. It is a clean facility with plenty of friendly staff members on hand to help you. The fitness center is a little expensive and the pool can be seen from the lobby (which makes some people feel awkward) but otherwise the facility is worth checking out.
