I have been going to chiropractors for just over 20 years. In the early 90's, out in California, I worked for a chiropractor for about 5 years. I have been extremely pleased with Dr. Sweeney's treatment of my family and I. He quickly diagnosed each of our individual problems and treated us quickly and with confidence, at the same time making each one of us feel comfortable and important. He accurately diagnosed my brothers shoulder problem, after his GP said surgery was the only option. Dr. Sweeney then suggested a course of treatment. My brother is now able to coach his son's baseball team and is thrilled with the results. And no surgery involved!! I would highly recommend Dr. Sweeney to anyone. He is especially great with kids, making them feel special and comfortable. Dr. Sweeney is not only an incredible Chiropractor, but a wonderful person as well. Dr Sweeney, in a timeframe of 6-7 weeks, alleviated my back pain. I play piano and it had gotten to the point that I just thought I was going to have to live with the backaches that I got every time I sat down to play. It just took the fun out of playing. I described my symptoms to Dr. Sweeney. He didn't give false hope, but indicated he thought he could help me. Sure enough, he did. The pain that I experienced every time I played is now gone. Totally. Plus, he gave me a regimen of stretching exercises that invigorate me. I'm thoroughly pleased with my chiropractic experience with Dr. Sweeney. On my first visit to Dr. Sweeney's office, the staff was very polite and efficient. I did not have to wait for my treatment. I was skeptical about going to a chiropractor for a few reasons, but everyone here makes you feel welcomed and treat you like a friend more than a client. Dr. Sweeney genuinely cares about his patients and wants them to get better as quickly as possible. He cares more about his patient's health than just getting paid for cracking backs ;). Unlike most chiropractors, he takes the time to create a plan and works with you until you are fully "healed". I always look forward about going for an adjustment. more

My family and I have been going to Dr. Sweeney for over a year now. I started b/c for years I dealt with migraines and when I heard about Dr. Sweeney and his ability to help with migraines, I was anxious to talk to him. From the very beginning he was very helpful in explaining why I was having the headaches and what could be done to help with them. Needless to say, he has helped tremendously. I went from having 4-5 migraines a week to have 1 in 12-14 weeks! My wife and I go and take our 4 year old and 2 year old - both of our girls love visiting Dr. Sweeney (my 2 year old plays chiropractor at home and does all the things Dr. Sweeney does). We have visited other chiropractors in the past and Dr. Sweeney is far and away the best we have visited. He remembers the "little" things about our family and is always very personal and willing to talk with us regardless of how busy things may be. I would highly recommend Dr. Sweeney to anyone! I came to Dr. Sweeney from a strong referral(a close friend), it was one of the best decisions that I have made for my health. I feel so much more energetic and healthy, my wife was surprised at how much better I was doing overall. She was skeptical for awhile, until she did an initial consultation and started feeling so good after several visits that we got all three of our kids adjusted! My kids love him and we do too, he has really helped us improve our health naturally. more

I've spent my entire life telling myself I would never see a Chiropractor, absolutely never. I was terrified of the thought of one. Well did that change. The company I work for has an empoyee wellness month and Dr. Sweeney came to our office for several days to allow the employees an opportunity for a 10-minute back massage with advice. I thought to myself, well this couldn't be bad. Going to see him that day absolutely changed my opinion. He told me what was wrong...bad neck, bad mid-back and bad low back. He got all three right. I started seeing him about 1 1/2 years ago in the Green Hills office and have followed him to his new Franklin office...talk about a believer, I travel 50 miles round trip for my visits. He has done wonders for me. I was able to stop taking a medication for nerve damage to my left arm and hand following two cervical disectomies I'd had several years before. I also had a lumbar laminectomy about 7 years ago and have had constant problems with my low back. Dr. Sweeney has helped me so much there really are not enough words to express my gratitude to him. I have a much better appreciation of the spine and the signals the nerves send out. If you spend your life in pain, call get an appointment and watch for the difference. It doesn't happen over night but changes will happen and you will find that you may be very pleasantly surprised with how you feel. I went in with a lot of doubt and a very sore leg but Doctor Sweeny and his dedicated staff of professionals quickly put my doubts to rest. After just a few short visits and never any waiting to be seen, my leg feels 100% better. I woud highly recommend calling Dr. Sweeny if you have any pain that seems to be getting worse over time.
