Best Daycare EVER 12/1/2011

I have been bringing my SPCA rescued pup to Welcome Waggers for almost a year now. Elaine and Cynthia have been absolutely wonderful in helping with any behavioral problems that my ""baby"" has had. I have recommended them to numerous friends/family and everyone who has taken their dogs here has had awesome experiences! I laugh every Tuesday and Friday at how excited my girl is to go to doggie daycare! I cannot thank Cynthia and Elaine enough for all their help with my puppy! Love them! more

Best Place To Take Your Dog 2/14/2011

This is a fantastic place that does not board or crate dogs. I have been taking our border collie here for several years and cannot say enough wonderful things about them. I have recommended many of my friends to come here, and all of their reviews have been equally as great. The owners are wonderful people and are dedicated to providing a safe and fun environment for our loved ones. Absolutely the best. more

My dog and I love Welcome Waggers 8/20/2010

My dog Peeve is a rescue dog from the local SPCA. He is a great dog, but still has a lot of puppy in him. He does not like to be left alone at home, so he destroys my stuff (nice dress shoes are a favorite). more

Sydnie and Grady 5/18/2010

When I first met Cynthia I was impressed with her dog expertice. Cynthia was very friendly and spent a lot of time with me to make sure we were all confident and comfortable. I have two mini Australian Shepards and they are my ""babies"". Sydinie is my girl and she is very independant and confident. Grady is my boy and he is very protective and hates to be separtated from me. I had to talk my husband into doing this for our dogs, and after reading the other testimonials he was sold. Syd and Grady have only been there twice and in that short amount of time their behavior has changed. I feel confident that Syd and Grady will only continue to grow into healthy well balanced dogs. I thank Welocme Waggers for welcoming us into their family. Pros: Having healthy well balanced dogs Cons: Missing my dogs and sharing their love more

Best Doggy Daycare... EVER! 5/5/2010

""Teacher"" Cynthia and Elaine are the absolute best. We have three pugs and two of them attend Welcome Waggers. The difference in them was almost immidate after starting daycare. They are so much more trusting and friendlier towards other dogs and people. On the days they go to daycare they just can't wait to get there. In the morning they will run through the house screaming and carrying on knowing this is doggy daycare day. Once we arrive they will jump out of the car and run up to the gate and try to get in before it's even opened. Our pugs are like our ""kids"" and we can honestly say that Cynthia and Elaine are the only two that we would EVER trust our ""kids"" with. They are the truly the best and we are the lucky ones to have met them. Pros: Affordable, trustworthy, All around BEST more

Cassie loves Tuesday and Thursday 4/4/2010

Cassie knows when it's Tuesday or Thursday because she knows it's time to go to Waggers for the day. She has been going to this day care since she was a puppy and with the help of Cynthia and Elaine, she has grown to be a great dog. Their skill as caretakers and their love for the animals they are responsible for make them the perfect team to care for your dog(s). But know that they are not pushovers and will not let any animal control them. They are the pack leaders and their ""charges"" know it. The cagefree atmosphere and constant socialization make for happy dogs throughout the day and happy owners throughout the evening. Take your dog(s) to Welcome Waggers and you will see a visable change for the better. We love Cassie and would not trust her with any other caretaker!!! Pros: Their love for their work and dedication to our dogs Cons: Have to share Cassie's love with the girls!!! more

Unbelivable care! 3/10/2009

Fresno is so lucky to have a qualified daycare dog owners can trust 100 percent for their fur babies! We can't believe just how well elaine & cynthia take care of their doggie guests. We can honestly say we have never trusted anyone else with our ""kids"". They are very; unique, highly informed, trustworthy, responsible, organized, and of course amazing with dogs! They help balance our dogs lives and keep our family, extra happy & balanced! See for yourself. kelly & dan. more

The Ark Kids LOVE Welcome Waggers Day Care! 10/18/2008

Galen & Izzy are no strangers to Day Cares, Boarding, Play time or Play dates. There are places in the Fresno area where I'd never take my dogs (who are more like kids) & places that are expensive but average. Welcome Waggers rates a 10 Star rating in the Ark Family. Pros: Totally dog friendly & a happy place for you dog to be. Cons: During summertime the pavement can be hot during pickup. more

Best doggie daycare in town!! 10/9/2008

I take my 2 boys here, and they love it!! I have a Rhodesian Ridgeback mix and a smaller Chihuahua mix. The owners, Elaine and Cindy, are the best!! I have had my dogs in several other daycares, even in other states, and Welcome Waggers is wonderful. There is constant supervision by the owners who understand dog behavior. They really care about the dogs. They are also the only daycare in town where your dog plays ALL DAY long with a huge play area and FRESH AIR. And, you don't get charged extra for a full day of play or for each hour of group play. The prices are reasonable, and the security of knowing my boys are having fun and will be well taken care of is priceless. They love Welcome Waggers!! Pros: Feeling secure to leave my dogs in the hands of caring and knowledgeable staff, all day playtime. Dogs can rest when they feel like it Cons: Wish they had more locations and offered overnight boarding more

IT'S ROCKY'S SECOND HOME 9/29/2008

LAST YEAR, WE ADOPTED OUR FIRST GOLDEN RETRIEVER, ROCKY! IT HAS BEEN A CARNIVAL RIDE WITH UPS & DOWNS -- HE HAS SO MUCH ENERGY THAT I LOOKED INTO DOGGY DAY CARES AND FOUND WELCOME WAGERS. ROCKY LOVES GOING THERE! ON THE DAYS OF SCHOOL, WHEN THE LEASH COMES OUT HE GETS EXCITED -- JUMPING UP & DOWN, RUNNING WITH THE LEASH IN HIS MOUTH, JUMPS RIGHT INTO THE CAR & WHEN WE ARRIVE AT WELCOME WAGERS HE IS BARKING & TAIL WAGING. SINCE HE HASN'T HAD MUCH EXPOSURE TO OTHER DOGS, THE FIRST FEW DAYS HE WAS SHY BUT NOT ANY LONGER. ELAINE & CYNDI HAVE WORKED WITH ROCKY AND HE HAS EXCELLED ALOT. THEY TREAT HIM LIKE ROYALTY -- I REALLY ENJOY PICKING HIM UP DAILY AND HEARING FROM ELAINE/CYNDI ABOUT HIS DAY -- HE HAS NUMEROUS GIRLFRIENDS THAT ALSO ATTEND WELCOME WAGERS ALONG WITH BOYFRIENDS. THIS HAS BEEN THE BEST THING FOR US BECAUSE WE DIDN'T HAVE MUCH LUCK AT THE DOG PARKS. ELAINE & CYNDI HAVE TAUGHT ME ALOT OF THINGS ABOUT DOGS THAT I DIDN'T KNOW AND THEY HAVE MADE A HUGE IMPACT IN OUR LIVES AS WELL AS ROCKY'S. WELCOME WAGERS IS A WONDERFUL PLACE FOR YOUR PET. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT. Pros: CAGE FREE ENVIRONMENT Cons: WEEK DAYS ONLY more

WE LOVE WELCOME WAGGERS 8/29/2008

Where would our family be without Welcome Waggers....My husband and I rescued our first ""child"" together. Tyson was a VERY hyper black lab that had great intentions but sometimes his excitement would get the best of him. My husband I and found Welcome Waggers and they changed our lives forever. Tyson LOVES going to ""school"" and playing with his friends. He is usually barking out the window before we arrive because he is so excited to see his friends and Elaine and Cyndi. Elaine and Cyndi worked with Tyson on containing his excitement. He is such a happy dog and his troubled past has left him. Part of the problem with Tyson was that we did not fully understand the extent on having a dog (particularly a large dog). My husband and I would try and take Tyson to the dog park twice a week at best. But between work, travel, etc. he sat at home a lot by himself. At Welcome Waggers Tyson plays hockey, swims, plays hide and seek (his favorite) and plays with all of his friends. He is always VERY excited to arrive and is super tired when we pick him up. more

Welcome Waggers Doggy Daycare -- best kept dog care secret in Fresno!! 8/22/2008

I only have positive things to say about Welcome Waggers Doggy Daycare. The daycare facilities are very large and clean with both indoor and outdoor spaces. The staff (Cynthia and Elaine) are knowledgeable, caring, friendly, and highly talented professionals. Cynthia and Elaine treat my dog like she is their own. When Honey is at daycare I know that she is safe, well cared for, and happy. My dog, Honey, has only attended 4 days of daycare, and we have already seen a huge improvement in her level of anxiety, and her overall behavior. More importantly than what I think about Welcome Waggers, my dog loves it there!! When we drive up in the morning Honey lunges at the car door (usually before it's even open) to get out and see her friends. And when I pick Honey up she is so tired that she sleeps all the way home, eats dinner, and sleeps through the whole night!! I would not hesitate to recommend Welcome Waggers to anyone who needs help with their dog(s). Welcome Waggers is awesome!! Pros: Caring and knowledgable staff; clean well kept facilities. more

Welcome Waggers is the Best!! 8/22/2008

Hello, Pros: Everything! Cons: Going home more

Welcome Waggers Rocks! We Love You! 8/21/2008

Each morning, when Fergus knows he's going to school, he gets so excited. He follows me around the house, as if to say ""Are we going yet... Are we going yet?"" I call it ""school"" because at Welcome Waggers, he and I have learned so much and I know that the reason Fergus doesn't have any major behavioral problems, has a lot to do with the program Cynthia and Elaine have worked so hard to create. Welcome Waggers provides the stimuls and exercise he needs to be balanced. My dog is truly treated like family and I know these two wonderful women have played a crucial role in him becoming the healthy happy dog he is today. I believe it's Cynthia and Elaine's level of enthusiasim, knowledge and committment to the dogs they care for that sets them apart from others. On several occassions, they have brought to my attention an issue with Fergus that I wasn't even aware of. It's so reassuring to know I have them watching over my ""lil-sausage"" and I have their expertise to rely on whenever I have questions. I am eternally grateful that I have Welcome Waggers in our lives because I know, without a doubt, that Fergus is getting the love and care he needs and deserves. I HIGHLY recommend Welcome Waggers to anyone looking for doggie day care, or for that matter, any type of assistance in meeting the needs of a happy healthy dog. They're always glad to help and genuinely care. Pros: Reinforces obedience, Water play, Socialization, Exercise, Help with other issues, Watch health of dog more

Best Doggy Daycare in Fresno, CA 8/6/2008

I researched for over three years before I got my female shih-tzu. Since I made sure I got the perfect dog you bet that I also made sure that she would be properly raised. I believe to properly raise a well balance dog that would include socializing them in a very healthy environment (not like a dog park) with other dogs so that they don?t become antisocial. I accomplish this by taking my shih-tzu, CoCo, to Welcome Waggers Doggy Daycare in Fresno, CA. I have gone to ALL the doggy daycare in the Fresno area and trust me I feel soooo safe with leaving my baby with them. At one of the other location that I have gone to, they only have ONE person watching a group of 30+ dogs. That is insane now that I think of it. I stood at their window for two hours looking into their daycare area and finally took CoCo out because I just did not feel confident that the only ONE gal would control a group of 30+ dogs. I?m soooo happy to have come across Welcome Waggers Doggy Daycare. CoCo loves Welcome Waggers Doggy Daycare soooo much that she literally jumps out of the car to get to the entrance gate. I would never leave my doggy with anyone other then Elaine and Cynthia at Welcome Waggers Doggy Daycare. Pros: Cage Free more

Great place to take your dog! 6/11/2008

Ms. Elaine and Ms. Cynthia are extremely professional and treat each dog as if it were their own. All the dogs are well supervised and have approx. 6,000 sq ft of open play area. I've been taking my little Schnauzer there every Weds. for over a year. They specialize in exercise and socialization which has helped my dog tremendously. I am very picky about where I take my dog and have tried ALL the local facilities but have been the happiest with Welcome Waggers. more
