I would NEVER recommend Mark Weisser. I've never met an attorney like him. I called him last week in regards to my BWC Claim with questions because I received a letter to attend an IME appt and he said give me 2 days and I'll call you back. I never heard from him. So I called again and left a message a couple of days before the appt asking what I should do. I never heard back from him. He calls me the day after the appt and says so I guess you didn't go to the appt. I said Mark I called you last week and again this week and never heard back from you on what to do. He said I was in trials although he has an assistant that could have called to tell me what to do. I said I don't understand why I can't turn in my resignation letter to my employer and why this case keeps dragging out. I said I found a new job back in November and was released by my doctor so I don't understand why you won't let me tell my employer because I'm no longer sick and I at least owe them that. I said the biggest problem here is they think I am still sick and there is no communication and I don't understand why. He immediately said the reason I haven't let you resign is because they will deny your benefits (I've talked to 4 other BWC attorneys and this is NOT true) but at this point Elizabeth I will no longer be your legal representative and you can handle this on your own ok. Then he hung up on me. I was referred to Mark by another firm and they now know to take Mark off of their list for referrals as no one should be treated the way this man treated me. Very unprofessional, does not communicate, disrespectful and is very rude! Communication is the key to success in any profession!
