Dr. Weiss is an awesome OB/GYN! I have never gone to a male OB before as the idea made me feel uncomfortable. I got the appointment with him when the female doctors were unable to see me on short notice. I am so so happy this happened because I have now found my new OB/GYN. Dr. Weiss is friendly and makes you feel comfortable throughout the whole process. He is kind and takes the time to listen to his patient's concerns. He seems genuinely interested in you as a person rather than just a patient. He is not only personable, but he is a great doctor. During one visit, I cried and he took the time to sit and talk me through the situation. He assured me that everything was going to be okay, and he was right. I would definitely recommend Dr. Weiss to anyone who is looking for a new OB/GYN. more

Dr. Weiss is a highly regarded expert in the OB/GYN field. He has great skills in terms of patient communication, OR/surgical skills, and as a diagnostic physician. There is nothing that he hasn't seen in his area of expertise. He is very personable and is able to explain difficult concepts to his patients. We've had two children with him as our OB/Gyn (both C-sections). He was flawless. He also provided us valuable advice on the subject of cord blood, as he is regarded as an expert in that field. more

He removed a ovarian cyst that we were later told by many doctors didn't need to be removed (actually he tried to remove it, he didn't even manage to do that properly). He told us not to bother trying to get pregnant -- with the cyst there, there was no point -- when we were later told by a fertility experts that there was absolutely no reason we couldn't get pregnant and of course we should be trying... We wasted countless months, money, medical pain, on this guy's horrid advice and treatment. I'd never recommend him to anyone. On the bright side -- very nice guy, love to have a beer with him, I'd just never want him to be my doctor. more

Dr Weiss is fantastic. He saved me from unnessary surgery. He is compassionate, he listens to what you have to say. He takes care of a lot of celebrities, but treats ordinary people like me as a star! He gets my vote any day........He looks like George Clooney to boot! Pros: Great Doc! Rodeo Drive also more

Dr. Weiss is by far the best doctor (of any type) that I have met. I had a very difficult pregnancy, lost the baby, wound up the hospital for something else soon after and Dr. Weiss (who was not my attending physician at the time because my hospitalization was not ob-gyn related) stopped by my hospital room just to check in while he was making his rounds!! I had only seen him three times total before this happened. Amazing!! He is kind, compassionate, makes plenty of time to talk to you when you are in the office, and truly cares about his patients. His staff is friendly and courteous and very knowledgeable. The facility is clean, parking is ample (but as is all parking in BH - expensive), and every experience I have had there has been truly exceptional. I HIGHLY recommend him. Oh - and he is affiliated with Cedar-Sinai - just FYI. Pros: Kind, Caring, Knowledgeable, Great Staff, Amazing Doc Cons: Absolutely None more

Visited for the first time today and was impressed immediately by the extremely thorough, efficient and warm atmosphere he provides. The appointment went quickly, facilities are well designed with plenty of people working at reception and labs ready to help on the same floor. I'm excited to have found what seems to be a great new doctor. Pros: Quick, efficient, knowledgeable Cons: Honestly cant think of any yet! more

Dr. Weiss is amazing as is his assistant and staff. I went to doctor Weiss because I was unhappy with my current OB (and I was 14 weeks pregnant w/ my 2nd pregnancy). I had such an amazing doctor the first time around, but could not commute to see him. Dr. Weiss made me feel so incredibly confortable, took his time, answered all my questions and was incredibly compassionate. I've never felt rushed out of his office... Pros: Short wait times, great staff, WONDERFUL doctor Cons: Not more doctors or doctor's offices like this!!! more
