THESE GUYS ARE AWFUL!!! I MOVED TO PRINCETON FROM CT LAST YEAR. I THOUGHT THE WEINBERGS WERE RUDE BECAUSE THEY DID NOT LIKE ME. I WAS RELIEVED TO HEAR THAT OTHERS HAVE HAD EQUALLY BAD EXPERIENCES WITH THEM. I'VE HEARD THEM MAKE RACIAL SLURS WHEN DESCRIBING SOME OF THEIR TENANTS AND CLIENTS. HOW DO THESE GUYS STAY IN BUSINESS?????? I'M A GRAD STUDENT AND DON'T MAKE A LOT OF MONEY. MAYBE I SHOULD JUST BECOME A NASTY PROPERTY MANAGER TO PAY OFF MY STUDENT LOANS. \r \r PRINCETON RESIDENTS SHOULD BOYCOTT EVERY BUILDING THEY MANAGE!!!!! more

Jan & Jaime Weinberg are the worst people on this planet and I totally regret renting from them. They always ignore my phone calls and messages. Jaime always hangs up on me when I do get a hold of him. He refuses to fix things and then lies to Princeton Boro, when they ask why nothing has been taken care of, that I never called him. I have been yelled at by both Jan and Jaime for no reason. They are sarcastic, nasty human beings who must be taken to court. Their behavior towards their tenants is unacceptable! Just about anybody in Princeton is aware of them and crinch when their names are mentioned! Everything from plumbing problems to having no heat to having rodents are only a few items that have been ignored until someone of higher authority was contacted. I also caught Jaime by surprise when he left my apartment as I was entering the building. He obviously does not adhere to the law. Weinberg Management's license ought to be taken away from them! It is critical that we do everything we can to get them out of this town!!! Cons: too many to count more

These weinbergs are horrible people. They would hang up on me when I called to ask for basic repairs, they would literally scream at me. Everyone in town who I talked to (including post office, local stores, other tenants) told me these hacks are known in town as being the worst people ever. Do your self a favor and avoid these losers no matter what. You will not regret it. The younger one even threatened me when his pop wasn't around. But the dad wienberg is just a miserable human. I was never late on my rent and I have never had problems with people before these worthless loads. Pros: glad i moved out Cons: should have sued them more
