Weil Cleaners takes pride in making sure your clothes are cleaned correctly, pressed correctly and has all spots and or stains removed if possible. Usually if your clothes aren't ready on time is because extra work needs to be done and they are busy trying to remove the spot or stains you had on your clothes. These guys also do an excellent job at cleaning carpet, drapes and other home items. You get what you pay for, if it doesn't cost much you probably won't get much. These guys have been in business since 1929. I really don't think a business would be open that long if they weren't trying to do their best to make their customer base happy. more

I only gave them one star, because ""No Stars"" is not an option......... Weil Cleaners is the WORST Cleaners ever!! I'm not sure they actually clean clothes, since the few experiences I've had with them my clothes come back the exact same or more dirty!! Beware of spots!!!!! ......your light colored clothes will have water spots on them. As for your dark clothes? Who knows, they probably have the same spots just not noticeable because they are dark. They are ridiculously overpriced as well. I mean RIDICULOUSLY. Their staff DIDN'T EVEN RESPOND when I said the clothes were still dirty and/or dirtier. I mean it.....they didn't even say ""oh"" or ""uh-huh"" or ""what?"" or even give a sigh. NO RESPONSE!!! I felt like I was talking to myself. Thank guys, thanks. I DO NOT RECOMMEND WEIL CLEANERS! My three year old can clean better clothes in the mud puddle out back after it rains!!! Go someplace else.....ANYPLACE ELSE if you want your clothes looking nice!!! more

I have been extremely happy with the Pickup and Delivery service that Weil Cleaners provides. Our clothes are delivered on time and they always look great. The other day our door was apparently left unlocked and partially open and our Valet Attendant from Weil's called me to let me know that our door was wide open and that he closed and locked the door for me. WOW! IT was windy that day and I guess the wind blew it open. Since I have not had any cleaning done in the past month, I was so impressed that their driver even noticed our door. I will always use them and will not only tell my friends and neighbors about the door story, but will also brag about the job they do on our clothing! more

I have been using another cleaners for several years and have had problems with them being able to clean my white shirts and getting them clean. So after complaining time after time, their rep told me to try Weil Cleaners, as they are experts at making whites white. more

Went to Weil Cleaners two weeks ago with a priceless handmade rug.Was told by the foreman that the rug maybe could be cleaned .He would call me and let me know if it could. I know Donnie Weil personally and he sent me word that he was busy .This was ok I understand that but these folks are unprofessional.I was astounded to find that they did not give a receipt for items given to them to be cleaned .Then two weeks have passed and I was told that the foreman and Donnie Weil looked my rug over and decided it could not be cleaned.I was never called and then when I called back they didn't know where my rug was nor if it was cleaned.I was told I could pick it up today and then they called me to tell me it was across town at the Lakeshore store and was not clean.Im extremely upset that my priceless rug has sat in their cleaners for two weeks and no one thought to even call me and let me know anything also that the owner whom I know personally never took the time to call me and let me know anything. I have a call into him right now but he isn't even calling me back. How could these people make false advertising claims all these years and get away with it. They can't even clean a simple rug.Incredible they have made a living here in Monroe but I suppose there are no other cleaners here or maybe its just the fact the weight a name carries in a small town..Just shocking..
