I'll admit that I love to eat and that sweets are my weakness. I joined Curves back in 2005 and I loved it at first. But, I had to eat the same things over and over again and I got bored very quickly. I did lose 30 pounds though, so I didn't waste my time.
Now, I'm doing Weight Watchers and I LOVE it! I can eat all the foods I love, in moderation, and I'm still losing weight! And the weight is coming off easily and I don't feel like I'm on a diet!
Weight Watchers isn't really a diet, it's simply a different way of life! And a way of life that I have easily adjusted to.
The meeetings are actually quite fun and very informative. And the meetings usually last less than an hour, and are held just once a week. The weigh - in is kept totally confidential, so just you and the person weighing you know the details.
