I can not tell you how much I believe in this program. It worked for me and I believe it can work for anyone who is willing to work the program. I like that they do not talk of a "diet." They want you to become healthier and that includes the right foods and exercise. Common sense? Sure but it took me going once a week and listening to someone else to lean this. I also like the fact that they do not tell you "you can not have this or that." Anything in moderation is okay and I needed to hear that. I really think it is a program for anyone. I would suggest that you try it!
