I asked the receptionist if the insurance had authorized the appointment. They first told me to call the medical group. I called twice. Medical group says they approved the request. Later, one of receptionists Tracy called me and said she did lots of work to get my request approved. I asked what did you do? They said they made 2 calls and also checked status of approval online. --That's so called "a lot of work", they argued, "you made calls, you know it takes a lot of work", I was like, what? 2 calls- a lot of work, I only spent few minutes. They exaggerating what they do. They also screwed up missing one request to the insurance, I ended up paying one of the visits, they said once the insurance gives us the money, they would pay me back. They never did it. Bunch of liars. But, I have to say Dr. Wei seems to be nice guy. more

Dr. Wei is an adequte eye doctor. However, what prevents me from giving a great review is that the ladies who work at the office are always trying to sell you more than you need. They also do not provide eyedrops everytime I ask for them. They did have good service though when they ran out of my prescription for my contacts--they ordered them and had them delivered to my home, instead of me having to go back to pick them up. You usually have to wait for a while though, even if you have an appointment, so plan your day accordingly. more

This is a wonderful doctor that helps you check everything. I went there for a body check and the nurses and the doctors there were very nice and helped me with what i needed. The doctors were patient and tried to give me a complete body check to see if anything was wrong with me. The nurses were nice and never raiased their voice to say anything. The nurses even handed out candies to certain young children. more

Dr. Wei is a very professional doctor. He is gentle, and he will listen to the patients. One of my relatives went there to do an eye check up, because she can not see clearly. Dr. Wei asked her lots of details and gave her good advice. Her eyes got much better after the eye surgery. The assistants there are very nice too. They can speak Mandarin and Cantonese. The medical office is located in a medical building right next to 10 freeway, so it is very easy to find. The parking is easy as well. more
