This company started out decently, standard lawn fertilizing company, but then after a while the lawn tech started only doing the center of the grass, leaving weeds and bad grass on the edges and along the hedges knowing I was not there and working out of town. Repeated times. Would leave the same remark on each visit about watering, knowing I was not there.\r

The coup de grace was when I received a letter stating they were sending me to their new Collections Agency because my last automated payment ""bounced"" because I got a new expiration date on my card. No courtesy phone call. No ""hey, we know you have been a great customer for multiple years, is anything wrong?"". Nothing. A form letter collections letter sent the month after the automated payment did not go through.\r

Calling in to their toll free number was just about as fun. The girl answering was rude and dispassionate. Customer service skills obviously have not been taught.\r
