A great system with no equipment visible. 5/30/2010

We love the surround sound in the Great Room and Basement that the folks from WeeBee set up for us. They mounted our 52" Sony TV on the wall over the fireplace and it looks great. All our speakers are hidden in the ceilings or floors. Our TV, Tivo, Bluray DVD, CD Player, Tape Player, Radio and even the Wii are all controlled with one remote and all the equipment is hidden in a closet. The installation wasn't without it's issues but they proved to be no problem at all for the WeeBee team. They are very professional and definitely very customer oriented. That's a combination you just can't beat. Thanks for a GREAT JOB! more

Evan and Shane got it done... 5/12/2010

These guys really are great. They know their stuff and more importantly, made every effort to make sure I was pleased with the end result. They installed new speakers, an amp and head unit in my 30' Sea Ray and now we're making more than waves on the water. Great work guys. more

Excellent 5/5/2010

I had an excellent experience working with WeeBee. They were very prompt in responding and meeting my special needs. I felt comfortable from the first time I walked in there and spoke to Tom, who then got Lee involved. The only thing I would mention is that I think I may have been overcharged for the time spent installing the equipment, but I got excellent deals so it all evened out in the end. Tom even came over after the cable guy had been there to help us straighten things out. more

Went to weebee looking for some new subs. I wanted a pair of JL's. I didnt have enough money so they cut me a deal and installed it for me. Planing on going back for more. more

I couldn't be happier with the hands free Parrot system that Evan sold and installed for me. 3/24/2010

With all of the talk of being ticketed for driving while holding your cell phone, I thought I would ask the WeeBee people if they had a solution. Evan helped me select the Parrot system and coordinated the installation to suit my schedule. The radio cuts out when a call comes in and the voice comes through my car stereo speakers. I can turn the volumn up or down as needed using my radio dial. Everyone I've spoken with so far has had no idea I was on a hands free system, it's that clear and noise free. I tried two of the bluetooth units that go in your ear before this and was very unhappy with those results. The good people at WeeBee solved my problem beyond my expectations and were very pleasant to deal with. more

Shane gets it right! 3/13/2010

Shane is the man! A minor mistake due to a miscommunication occurred, but Shane, who was not involved in the mistake, still took it upon himself to make sure it was corrected before I even called back to ask about what happened. Shane took initiative to deal with something even after I had paid and walked out the door. Most would likely have just moved onto the next sale. It's nice to find a trustworthy business. Also, he helped me find a hard to locate piece that was critical to getting the install done so it looked right. Thanks Shane! more

There was a miscommunication regarding the bill. Without me having to initiate anything, WeeBee took the initiative to call me and refund the accidental overcharge. And then WeeBee also took the time to help creatively get the install to look even better in a tough vehicle. thanks! more

WeeBee Sales & Service Adds Value 3/5/2010

WeeBee solved product selection and installation problems that others could not. The result worked better than I anticipated. Then they supported the job over the years after sale, going to bat for me with the manufacturer, and answering my questions as I needed. I'll buy from them again! more

Excellent information & Installation 2/28/2010

I was in search of a new Radio/CD unit for my car. I shopped around at several other dealers. If indeed you could find an employee, they were clueless. Then I went to Wee Bee and found Evan. He answered all my questions, and then some. The fact that he was very patient, and followed my lead, not pushing me to the top of the line. Wheb I chose a Kenwood, at that point he explained in detail the pros and cons. I bought the Kenwood. When I returned to have it installed, Evan was busy. I was approached by another employee. I said I was waiting for Evan, but could I ask a question. I have a reciever that I was having troublr with. It was a model that Wee Bee doesn't carry. At any rate, the salesman proceded to search on line, and found a site for my receiver and a link to resolve my problem. That really impressed me. When I went back to pick up my car, it was spotless. and everything in working order. more
