Yesterday, Saturday, about noon I picked up a loaf of "German Rye" at my local grocery store.
When I got home and used it to make a sandwich I was stunned at how dry and stale the bread was. It must have been on the store shelf for more than a week.
If Wedemeyer wants to sell stale bread, the customer should definitely be notified of its staleness and the price should be drastically reduced.
This will be the last time I buy Wedemeyer bread.
