Webster's Import Service

I've been taking my cars to Webster's since they opened. All my cars including VWs, Mercedes, Lexus and now a Porsche. They are excellent in diagnosis and repair and keep me informed throughout the process. They always let me know the condition of the car and what I may need to do down the road like tires or brakes. And they stand behind their work--always! more

Webster's import Service has been in business for 24 years. We are known for our excellent maintenance and repair . We are proud of our customer service record and have hundreds of loyal customers. We took our Volkswagen to Webster's Import Service about a year ago for the first and only time. They were able to diagnose the problem and fix it for about $900. Just over a year later, we started having trouble again, so we took the car in to our usual mechanic. He wasn't able to fix the problem so he sent the car to another shop. They realized that the work that Webster's did was just a band-aid for a bigger problem. When we called Webster's about a warranty, they informed us that it had been over a year (by less than two weeks) and that it wasn't their problem. They weren't even willing to cut us a deal on the repair work. Their attitude spoke volumes to their work ethic -- apparently it is well known among other car repair shops, but poor consumers like us didn't know their reputation! more
