I first went to the PSJ eye care at the beginning of this year and seemed to be treated fairly, as long as they got their money. They charge way more then an arm and a leg for their frames and lenses; however, due to me being new in the prescription eye ware department I was unaware of this at the time, so I did purchase from them. \r

Recently my glasses were broken by my 3 year old. Instead of paying the absurdly high PSJ eye care prices, I decided I would purchase offline. I called the PSJ eye care office and was greeted over the phone by what seemed to be a very impatient lady. I explained I was a customer of theirs and would like to know my PD number so I could purchase new eyewear. She asked me my name and all other pertinent information. Then she asked me when I would like to schedule an eye exam. I explained that I did not need another eye exam, because I had been in earlier that year, and she confirmed she seen I was at the office in February. Then she went on to say that she could not give me my PD number without another eye exam. Again, I told her I wanted to purchase new glasses offline and she replied that I could choose from some in the store. This went on for several minutes until I finally gave up. \r

The lady on the phone was completely rude the entire conversation and refused to provide me with my PD numbers. I have never wrote an online review before, but this is experience gave me such a bad impression of their store it provoked me to write my very first. I have many of friends who have all advised me to steer clear of PSJ eye care due to their many bad experiences, and now I understand why. So it is my recommendation for anyone else seeking eye care to look elsewhere and to stay away from these crooks.
