I called them, someone came out when they said they would and they fixed my air conditioner quickly and efficiently. Best service I've ever had! Pros: Local business, Well established and Honest Cons: I did not experience any more

This Company came to my home Three times within two months to determine why my living room wasn't getting cool. The 1st time the technician told my roommate and my neighbor that the outside uniot was too small for that size house. However, told the landlord (the owner) that they found nothing. The second time within the same week, they found it was 4 lbs low on freon. This did not help much. The third time they told the landlord, the living room needed to be insulated, however they never went into the attic over the living room (there are two attic access) . I had The Free Lighting Company come out and they immediately found the air duct was not even connected to the living room it was blowing out into the Attic! I would never rec comend this company to anyone, not even my worst enemy. Pros: Another Company found the problem and did not charge a penny! Cons: My landlord had to pay for this crappy service! more
