Fantastic quality meats. 3/8/2012

Quality is an understatement this family owned business puts out products with integrity. Great steaks, Burgers, chicken, etc.. you cannot go wrong. They are respected by top chefs in the industry, I drive 135miles one way to pick up steaks etc.. for special events, I love the rave reviews I get so it makes it more than worth the drive. *Please be sure to call in advance for your order and get there before 3pm for best service. more

Worst Meat Organization to do business with! 1/25/2012

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. It has very poor customer service and is very rude. The employees are a mirror of the behavior that is condoned by the owners. They take no ownership of bad customer services practice. They refuse to communicate with the customer and constantly raising prices and are out of stock and stealing money from the customer.The employees sleep in our parking lot for 4 hours at a stretch and turn the cooler off on their refrigerated truck. They deliver rancid food that is too warm or has already been opened and they refuse to take the food back or give credit to the bad product they bring. I guess it is their German way of doing business not the American way. Welcome to America Stefan Linda Angelica and JR. Get off you High horse and service the customers that been loyal to you for many years but your are so rude to. more
