The salesman that sold me my car, Joe Salas, was extremely helpful and extremely friendly. He made certain that I knew all about the car and took extra time, when I was uncertain about something. I was also very pleased with the service department for being so polite and helpful. They are all truly helpful and friendly individuals. What I was not happy about was, in order to receive the $3,000 rebate, it was necessary for me to take a loan. I have always paid for my cars in full. I will pay the car in full after I receive my second bill. I am in no way placing the blame on Webb Ford, they did a fantastic job. I am just unhappy with Ford Motor Company for basically forcing me into taking a loan. I have never driven anything but Fords and I will continue to purchase them.
