First , we love our Traverse. We had an excellent experience at Webb Chevrolet and in particular with Micah Pruet. Micah's Customer Service was second to none. We purchase a car once every ten years. Micah made it a good experience. What I really appreciated was his knowledge of the car. Micah new his stuff. This gave us a lot of confidence that we were purchasing the right car. i walked in your dealership and salespreson micah took care of myself and my wife as if we were apart of a family not just selling cars ,but a real family. i never had a felling like that from any dearership i really mean that. i was sold on the 2011 equinox from the start, but it was mr.pruett great love for what he does day to day that closed the deal for me. webb chevy should be happy to have someone like him on broad, i know myself and my wife carol is. i just wanted to say thanks for eveything, and in the future lets do more business. more

i purchased a new hhr from rizza chevy in 2008. the car has had a persistant problem with the tire sensors which they attempted to fix 4 times ! i went back in 2 weeks ago when the problem surfaced again only to find out the place was under new management. it soon became apparent that the new guys are clueless. i left there and went to the closest chevy dealer, webb chevy in oak lawn. wow ! what a difference. not only did they correct a 2 year old problem on the first try, they found a nail in my tire and fixed it at no cost ! while waiting for the repair, i walked around the showroom. i found everyone to be pleasant and more than helpful. all in all, this was the best experience i have ever had at a dealership. i would never think of going anywhere else. more

After doing weeks of internet car research I traveled all the way from Gurnee to do business with Webb Chevy. They had the largest selection of vehicles I was interested in along with the best prices that I was willing to pay. My salesman, Timothy Enzenbacher was very knowledgeable about the products, and kept the whole experience of buy a new car pleasant. Furthermore, when he was busy trying to get me the best financing available I was able to meet the rest of the staff who was also very knowledgeable and pleasant. Finally, after the deal was done, my salesperson took the time to sit in our new vehicle with me and go over all features that he knew were new to me! Showed me the basics on the dashboard and then even helped me get our Bluetooth and OnStar functions activated which was going above and beyond. I'm sure he was tired and ready to go for the day but he stayed to make sure I left happy. The follow up, availability, and assistance they provided should be recognized as it certainly was by me, which in turn will lead me to refer family and friends to this dealership from my positive experience. I would highly recommend doing business with Webb. There was no rush or undo sales pressure. They let me drive all the vehicles I was considering. They made the car buying experience pleasant rather than the fiasco you always fear it to be. more

I believe everyone is not reading between the lines, do you really believe it was just the tie that got him fired or maybe the final straw? It might have been a scenario such as ... out of the few months he worked there he only physically showed up to the job for a few weeks, or maybe something like after his grandmother died (R.I.P) he lied about his mothers death for some extra time off. Asking any employee to do anything 5 times is grounds for asking him to leave and terminated depending on the background and conditions. What you need to know about Webb Chevy is below I have know the Webb family for a long time traveling all the way from Gurnee to do business with them because they had the largest selection of vehicles and the best prices. I bought 8 cars from Webb Chevy.....always treated fairly and respect. You can't beat the price or service. This family has worked hard to keep it image. Now a man who's been there for 3 weeks want to destroy them. Hasn't GM suffered enough, he wanted his 5 minutes of fame....so get out and let this family do what is does best. Sell cars more

I came in January to purchase a used car and was so pleased with my purchase. Yaz was our salesman and was a true professional. He gave us a great deal and even threw in some freebies! :-) 6 months later my A/C went out during a sweltering hot week in the summer and Yaz and Joe Armstrong in the service department made sure to get me chilly again! I couldn't thank them enough! I probably wasn't the best customer because 98 degree weather makes me a little cranky. There was another guy in the service department, I can't remember his name, but he was a complete jerk and his standard answer to everyone who called for service was that he was behind and couldn't get them in for another 2 weeks. That just wasn't acceptable to me so I decided to work with Joe instead. Joe got me in and out in 2 days and everything was FREE! They even fixed my back light! I will refer EVERYONE that is looking for a car to them! Keep up the good work! more
