TERRIBLE rental agency. We have had nothing but bad luck and bad experiences with this place. We have NO heat and have had no heat since we moved in back in Sept when they were made aware of this. I called their office numerous times and they kept telling me they would call me back and NO ONE ever did. I even wrote a letter that went without response. Please do not rent from this company. They are rude, inconsiderate and have NO idea how to be professional and run a business. more

We rented from this place, and had the worst experience. Nothing got fixed, including problems we mentioned in our moving inspection. They walked into our house while we were away without letting us know, and took pictures of our stuff. You cannot trust anything they say, if something is not in writing with them, it's as if it does not exist. And they will refuse to put things in writing after you sign the lease. They will sue you for rent and repairs you already paid for, so you should keep all reciepts. In addition, when you move out they will be late on returning your deposit and will charge your deposit for repairing things that appeared on your moving inspection. If you ever have to face them in court, they will lie shamelessly.\r \r I honestly don't understand how the people who work in this place can live with themselves. These people are just exploiting people who cannot efford to hire a lawyer to defent their interest. I will advice all honest people to rent elsewhere. They have a lot of rentals, but renting from them is hell.\r \r more
