Avoid doing business with this company. Their rep, Dennis Kelly, charged us $1400 to fix 8 old vinyl windows in our Jersey City brownstone condo. The next day, we realized two of the windows could not open and the third one had a broken part. After weeks of avoiding us, he claimed that the borken part was too old and could take years to replace and refused to come back fix the two windows for which we had already paid him for. We are filing a complaint with the better business bureau but wanted to warn everyone about the rip-off more

Do Not Consider Weather Shield! 6/15/2011

This company, represented by Dennis Kelly, is terrible. Do not hire them. They are a rip off. This guy ruined the windows he said were ""fixed"" , charged $100 per window, and then denied the windows he ruined were the windows he fixed. Huh? Do not, under any circumstances, do any business with this guy. more
