HVAC Check Up with ARS 10/26/2017

The Technician called before arriving. He was very professional and polite. He was also patient with my dogs. ARS was called to perform a check up of our system. Logan listened to all the things I did want to accomplish with the call. We just moved into the house and wanted to ensure we were familiar with the system. He addressed all the questions I had and explained what he found thru out the process as well as provided suggestions to improve the functioning of the system. Logan also called me back the next day to address additional questions I had. Would recommend. more

Repair of York airconditioner 8/9/2017

Chris has visited the site twice and on both occasions he conducted himself as a friendly knowledgeable technician. He went to work immediately to diagnose the reason for the unit failure. Once he found the problem, he explained the need for replacement parts which he would see that they got ordered. Parts were ordered and when Chris returned, he had the unit running and cooling properly. On a scale of 1 to 5, I would rate Chris a 5 more

Great Service to Fix Problem 5/26/2017

Chris A and his sidekick Hunter did a great job installing a new coils in our Heat Pump's air Handler. They were pleasant, professional, and kept our house clean with drop clothes and shoe covers. The removal of the old part and installation of the new part took three hours and then we had our air conditioning back! Thanks so much! more

Had my Bi Annual HVAC tuneup the other day and Chris A. was my service technician. Have to say of all the HVAC people that have serviced our systems he is the best. very thorough and professional. Very curtious and polite. does an extremely through job even down to cleaning the outside units. Very Knowledgable about his profession.. more

Technician called before he came, showed up on time. Was thorough, helpful, clean and neat. This company sends you an email with the tech's picture, so you know who will come to your door. No complaints. Service call was under warranty. Would use them again! more

Clayton called before arriving and arrived well within the expected timeframe given. When a part needed to be ordered, they replaced it quickly and I was able to coordinate a second visit soon after. more
