Good: I like the customer support. They are not only courteous and polite but they are quick to respond as well. Like when I sent an email to inquire about the status of my files, I didn't have to wait for the following day just to get a reply. In less than an hour I already received an email from their team leader informing me that they are doing everything to retrieve the files which is a great relief on my part. I've tried other companies offering the same services before and werecoverdata is much better.. Bad: I couldn't think of any aspect that I didn't like about this company. Some people might say that their prices are expensive but I am the type of consumer who believe that I get what I pay for. So even if their fees are a little bit higher than competitors, for me it's all worth it. I am willing to pay extra for superb service. At least they let me sleep well at night knowing that they have the capacity to recover my lost data. For me, that is all that matters.. Improvements: I would like to see this company expand their business to other parts of the US. I think that would be awesome.. Other: good job.
