I can not be more pleased 3/23/2010

I saw these people on TV and had to try. My brows were so bad. I had only had them done when I did my nails. Chandler looked at my brows, marked me up and told me what she was going to do and why. THEN she tinted them at NO Charge to help me get where I should be. I will NEVER, NEVER go any place other than We Only Wax. I think everyone there is the best. AWESOME Waxing Experience 2/22/2010

Waxing has always been a horrible experience until today - this place uses an awesome wax that barely hurts at all. The staff is friendly and Chandler does an amazing job. Simply The Best: This is what waxing should be like! 2/5/2010

I don?t usually leave the reviews, because I like to keep great places like this one for myself, but since the cat is already out of the bag, I felt I was just obligated to leave a comment. It is quite rare to experience a service that will leave only positive feelings. This is what waxing should be like! I know it became a standard comic relief at the movies: showing screaming man and women waxing various body parts. Not at all at ?We Only Wax?: my procedure (yeah, that one! - for men) was virtually painless. I read the reviews, decided to try it (despite a bad prior experience). I was initially quite nervous, but I was immediately put at ease. The person providing the service was fantastic: very professional, gentle, intelligent and very funny. And the procedure itself was just phenomenal!: clean, thorough, gentle and did I say virtually painless?! The place itself is wonderful as well: clean, discreet, comfortable. I have been coming back there on the regular basis, and cannot imagine going to any other place. Thank you Chandler and staff at ""WOW""! Best Wax I have ever had!! 1/6/2010

When I called and asked if this place had experience with black skin, it was because I have had so many bad waxes. Chandler was great! I went from bikini to Brazilian with no problems. She is so nice! She took her time, did a great job, and made me feel so comfortable, I feel like we are great friends. I will so tell everyone to go there. Pros: This really did not hurt at all! more

Seriously the BEST bikini wax 12/15/2009

I have had several bikini waxes and tried several different salons. I even have tried sugaring. All hurt to an extreme degree. I was super skeptical when reading the reviews that the bikini wax didn't hurt. Yet I decided to give it a try. The wax was AMAZING and yes...practically pain free. It felt more like someone taking a band aid off. I have been to both Chandler and Erica and both are phenomenal. Chandler is hilarious. So in short....definitely try this out. I would bet that you won't be dissappointed. I definitely wasn't. Pros: Practically pain free. Great price. more

Best Service in Dallas 12/10/2009

This little place is so close to the medical center, that I wanted to give it a try. I loved the lady that did my service. She was so good and so careful to get every hair off. I have had many Brazilians, but by far Chandler gives the best one. Thank you! Pros: Service/price Cons: hard to get in more

This place really does deserve a ""WOW"" 12/8/2009

First off, let me say that I've never left a review. Ever. Felt compelled to do so for this place. I went into this place today to get my eyebrows and bikini line done. I've NEVER gotten my bikini line waxed before. The girl I had, Erica, was great! She made me feel really comfortable the entire time, and it was a lot less painful than I was expecting! They're also super clean and extremely nice. When I move back to Dallas permanently I'm going to be a regular customer here, and I'll probably go for the full Brazilian. Also, I asked if this was the only store and they said yes, but they're thinking about opening up one in Frisco or Southlake/Grapevine area. Be on the lookout! Another thing I really liked about this place is that the people I talked to spoke English as their primary language...meaning there was no language or accent barrier. I also have trouble in other salons understanding what the people are saying. I'm in no way racist, I'm just emphasizing the fact that communication here is no problem. Love this place! I have been waxed by several of the girls at this place. It was great to hear they all go through additional Brazilian training even after they are licensed, before they do a Brazilian wax on anyone. They really take time to sanitize, and give you after care instructions. Very professional. Pros: great waxing more

It is worth the drive 11/15/2009

I read reviews, so I called to make an appointment. It did take 4 date choices to get one with Chandler, but, I am due to have a baby in 3 months and I had heard good things about her. The whole place was nice. My wax was great, and I felt like she really was interested in my comfort. Pros: great brazilian Cons: hard to get in more

Went to see Erica today - she was just fabulous! I have gone to many places in Dallas to get waxing, this is the best in Dallas! It is not often that one has the opportunity to have the opportunity to experience a service that provides nothing but absolute satisfaction. Chandler and the staff at WOW do just that by going above and beyond professional expectations to provide a level of customer service that is so rare these days. Wax in the City 10/23/2009

Chandler is such a delight. I went to see her to have my legs waxed. She made me feel very comfortable. I was nervous because I was getting married the next day. She made me feel relaxed and the service was pain free! Normally I break out and turn red after a hair removal service, not to mention the pain. However, I am not sure if it is her technique or the special wax she used that is different than most salons, but the outcome was great. Pros: Very professional and upscale minus the snootiness more

I drove a long way to get a wax after reading the reviews. I was over an hour late because of traffic and rain. I thought they would turn me away, but Chandler said she would stay late and do my service. She did a great job and I will be a customer for as long as I wax. Pros: really does male waxing more

Great, great, great!! 9/29/2009

My wife and I were in Texas to visit friends. We decided to look on line for a place we could get waxed. No one in our town does it. We called and caught the owner on a Sunday. She said she was not opened, but if we did not mind her being in her jeans she would wax us. She waited for us to get there and did such a great job. My wife and I both thought it was going to be really painful, but we were surprised! It is worth it to us to drive back and see her the next time we are in Dallas. Pros: What a great place! more

I got WOWed! 9/27/2009

I got a great Brazilian from Chandler. She asked me about all my ingrown hair. I get a lot when I shave. She told me how to take care of them, and then told me about a treatment she could do to take care of them. I did not believe her at first, but decided to try. It worked! The day after the treatment the ingrown hairs had come through and she waxed them off!! I loved my Brazilian, I loved how much better it felt than a shave every day and I love Chandler! She is great!
