GO TO PETSMART!!!! 9/24/2011

I have been going to we luv pets for about the last 10 years and every year it seems to get worse and worse. The female workers are rude and the short, chubby manager is a joke! If THEY recommend something for your fish tank (like the size light bulb you need) and when you get it home it's way too big, why wouldn't they exchange it the next day? Screw that! We own a dog kennel and previously spent at least $2500 yearly at their store but will never go back again! We will go to Petsmart were they guarantee your purchases! more

polite yes, worthwhile. . .maybe 12/14/2008

I have been in this store several times, and I agree that there is a distinct pet smell every time you go in, but you are going into a pet store so you should expect this to an extent. I also agree that the people are always friendly there, and will help you if you need it. The problem is that the people in the fish department and reptile section do not always know what they are talking about and they continue to talk. I have been told several misleading things by employees while discussing marine fish, which I knew to be false. As soon as the employee said this, I walked out. If you don't know the answer, go find out or say "I don't know." Do not, under any circumstances, give false information. more

The people in this store have been helpful and polite everytime I have been shopping there. I am looking for Halo pet foods for my cat and I believe that they offered to order something I was looking for one other time I was there. I may ask them to order this for me. more

We Lov Pets was misreviewed! 5/16/2008

I politely disagree,\r We Lov Pets is an excellent place for you and your pet. I like the customer service the best. Large chains are so impersonal, We Lov Pets even offers special requests if they don't carry the item! Seriously, how many stores do that?\r It is never dirty and as far as smelly, all pet stores smell a little strangely lol. Personally, I think it smells like pine bedding in there. more

Disgusting. 6/6/2005

They may have a cutesy name but their store is so disgusting. As soon as you walk in you are hit with this awful stench of well... stench. It smells as if they haven't cleaned the store in literally years. Their selection isn't even that good for being so large. I'd suggest shopping else where. more
