Great people and service people know what they are doing when it comes to repair of your vehicle. 3/15/2014

The staff does an excellent job making sure your vehicle is in good running condition and keeps you alert to what is wearing on your vehicle and to avoid expensive repairs in the future. more

I had an oil change. It is so easy to wait with a McDonald's (with WiFi) right next door. I was told it would be longer, about an hour, but no problem since they told me that. I also like the free car wash. more

From Mound to Wayzata, I pass about 20 options for car repair, but I trust Mike and Kendall and Randy to do both our cars right and not rip us off... and we are on round 3 of cars with them. more

I trust them, I will only take my vehicle to Wayzata BNP for oil changes and car repairs. I have gone them now for over 3 yrs. I will send my 20 year old daughter to them because I know they are honest. more

They were very nice and got my oil change done fast. They gave me recommendations on ways to get my car in better shape, but did not pressure me or sell me something I didn't need. more

Very happy with the service received except it appears the person who did the service neglected to reset because my "maintenance required" light came on when the mileage number was hit. I stopped to have it checked out and the staff member said he didn't know how to fix and said to read the user manual. I did but didn't see a fix noted in the manual. A little frustrating. more

10 years ago, I limped into this gas station with what I thought was a broken axel and the mechanic, Kendall... stopped what he was doing, retightened my lug nuts and a few other things and I was on my way.... Even though, they are 12 miles away, my wife and I continue to bring our cars back here for Oil Changes to Timing belts, Springs, brakes etc.... because we trust them to do it right and not rip us off... How refreshing. No... they are not cheap... book rates but they are reliable and Kendall always goes deep in search of potential problems before they stop us. Thanks guys!!! more
