My 78-year-old mother, who has spent thousands on repairs at Way's in the past three years, recently questioned why an air-conditioner Way's replaced last year needed to be replaced again. Way's owner, a beefy middle-aged man, bellowed at this 4-foot-11 elderly woman and ordered her out of his shop. We took the car to another garage and they noticed that Way's has consistently charged us three times the going rate for labor; re-charged for parts that were still under warranty; and installed the cheapest parts while charging the price of the most expensive ones. Obviously he yelled at her only to silence her questions and keep the money that he had bilked her out of.
Cons: way overpriced, unnecessary repairs, abusive staff
