I have had good experiences using Wayne's Shoe repair. Fair prices and good customer service. I admit he can be a bit slow at times, but only by a few days, an you get quality service, at a very fair price. The shop is cluttered like most of the other shoe repair shops I have been in, as far as location. You can park in front of the shop or in back, not a problem. more

I took some shoes in to be repaired 2 weeks ago and got a receipt saying they wil be done Feb. 22. My husband went Feb. 28 to pick them up and the owner said they were not ready. I called the owner and told him they were supossed to be ready last week and I needed them for work, so I asked for a discount, he replied with vulgar swearing remarks that he has to put up with customers b*****it and from now on he will stop putting ready dates for the shoes. I replied to him that he and his business were unprofessional and I can't believe he treats his customers this way! He said they would be ready sometime tomorrow, when I asked when he said whenever he was'nt busy with customers, I demanded a time because I'm not making a wasted trip out there and their still not done so he said in the afternoon to pick them up.
