Poor products and customer service 12/9/2011

In December 2010, I purchased a brand new house with two Wayne Dalton garage doors. Three months later, during a wind storm, the larger door buckled in the middle and was pulled off its track. See the video of the garage door on YouTube by typing ""wayne dalton garage door problems"" Wayne Dalton said there was nothing they could do and that I should file an insurance claim. I had the door replaced with another company. They stated that if the same damage happens to their door, they will replace it for free. Wayne Dalton makes cheap garage doors, which is why they can't stand behind their products. more
