Top Notch Courses 4/27/2006

Wayne State has a huge campus with plenty of important courses available. My sister, Lisa, lived on the campus down there. Her apartment was endearing. I took my classes at Macomb County Community College (the south campus) but I still had to go down to Wayne State to take some important Math tests. Although it is big it is easy to find your way around. more

great college 8/13/2005

I went there for over 7 years, and the longer I was there, the more I liked it. They have so much to offer...they even just added dorms on campus, so you can live there (that was not an option when I first started attending). They have sooooo many majors and minors, you can do anything! It is a four year college, with a lot of grad school options too. I would highly recommend it! There are NO real sports teams though...I mean we have them, but they are not "known", so I can not say you should go there for sports! It is rather expensive too, but they have scholarships and financial aid. more

I attended Wayne State from 1997 to 2001 and I have to say I found it to be an excellent school. I lived in the apartments and was active in various student activities. I had tons of fun, just because it is mostly a commuter school does not mean that you can't really take advantage of student life. The education I received was top notch. They are a research school, which means you have the opportunity to participate in ongoing research, even sometimes at the undergrad level. I felt that my professors truely cared about my education. Check it out, Wayne does not get the credit they deserve for being a great school. more
