some of this have been good and others have been not so good. But, coming from someone who worked there and saw how the staff and the customers were treated. For someone to say that the shop did a poor job on a viehicle, I personally wont believe it. I saw the shop staff working there buts of while I was up front selling to the public. I saw the staff from the front and the back do what ever we could to help someone if they needed. I drove people who broke down in new trucks just so they could find a hotel or something. When it comes down too it I still have a great deal of respect for him and his family. The are some of the most honest and caring people I have ever meet, and I've been to alot of places. more

I broke down on the highway, managed to get to this business' exit and even though they were unable to help me themselves due to an equipment failure beyond their control, their service manager that day, Hal Reeves, directed me to a place that was able to get me on the road in 4 hours time. This guy could have given me the run around and charged me an exorbitant amount of money but instead went above and beyond to make sure that I was taken care of. Nice to know there are still people out there like that. KUDO's to you Hal. Pros: Close to Interstate more

Went to Roberta GA on my annual hunting trip. My F250 6.0 broke down 100 miles south, had it towed to this deal thinking only the OEM will do, They claimed to fix it, a few hundred miles later same problem. My local Ford dealer said Wayne Morris didn't follow the proper procedure or use the correct parts on the repair. I had my local dealer call Morris Ford and Morris Ford said that they didn't believe anything was wrong and stood behind their work, they would not honor any warranty. $1400 to these crooks and liars.\r \r Consumer Beware!!!!!!!!!!!!! more
