My wife and I are in the process of leaving the Franklin, NY branch, the customer service is poor. Customers who were with the National Bank of Delaware County watched all of our favorite bank staff members replaced with Wayne Bank personnel who do not seem to care much at all. more

Great community bank 8/10/2005

I have banking with this bank for over ten years and have been very satisfied with the services so far. These bankers are professional and easy to work with. They will go the extra mile to provide additional banking services to meet all of my financial service needs. Since it is a small town bank, there is always a lot of individual attention and I am on a first name basis with many of the workers. more
