Called Them late in the afternoon and he came over that same evening and had everything running smoothly in about an hour. Tom thoroughly explained all options and charged a fair price. Would highly recommend! more

Waxhaw Garage Door Service 8/4/2011

They were the only garage door company who was willing to come out and take a look at the problem I had with my garage door the same day I called. The technicians were really professional and sweet and discussed everything I needed to know about how to prevent my garage door from breaking down on me after they fixed it. They were honest and quite inexpensive. I highly recommend their service. more

I am here to tell anyone that needs new garage door springs for their garage door to call this company. They changed my torsion garage door springs for me and did a great job. They were fast but yet did a high quality job. I am so thankful to this garage door company for a job well done!! more

I've used Waxhaw Garage Door for myself and three friends - they show up on time, do exactly what's needed (and they don't try to upsell extra services) and they're pleasant to deal with. The dispatcher was great, as were the people who showed up (quickly!) to do the work. A very positive experience more

Insanely prompt -- he was actually at my house 7 minutes after I called!! He called back with prices when he said he would, got the parts, and fixed my door the next day. He is very friendly and professional and didn't tell me I should just get a new door and opener like most "repair" people do. He looks very young, and at first, I thought "Can this 21-year-old possibly fix my garage door?," but he did, and now my door opens and closes perfectly! He is awesome and cheap, a rare combination. more

Amazing Service 7/20/2011

It was about a week ago when I gave this garage door service a call and told them I wanted to get a new set of garage doors installed. They sent a tech out and they went over a huge variety of garage doors in wood, steel, craftsman, glass, and aluminum. I chose a wood garage door and it was installed the very next morning. more

Tom is absolutely amazing. I live in Waxhaw and he came promptly to fix my non-opening garage door.... Made it work like a dream (it's probably 15 years old) and I love him for that. It hasn't functioned properly in the past 10 years. Very friendly, prompt and professional. Couldn't have asked for a better repair. more

garage doors, openers, the springs that make them work, whatever you need for the BMW's home sweet home, you can get it from these guys. they do it right the first time and at a reasonable price. Highly recommends more

I was 110% satisfied with the service and price of Waxhaw garage door. Tom came to my house within one hour and fixed my garage door when the company I had used told me it wasn't fixable. He did a great job and is 100% trustworthy. I am so glad I found him! more

Too Fast 7/3/2011

Tech came within 15 minutes to get our door open so we could pull our car out, and later to reinstall a new spring that had snapped. These doors/components are approaching 25 years old and were loud and rickety always - he got them gliding smooth and quiet now. Quick response, very good work, and fair pricing. Highly recommended. more

if you want your garage door to look better than ever, than call this company. I worked with them approximately 3 weeks ago, and I must admit that my house looks completely different (of course in a good way). My neighbors even noticed and have requested their number! more
