Had to wait 45 minutes to get a "customer service rep" to help me today. When I finally got one, he was extremely unhelpful and RUDE. In addition to HORRIBLE customer service, their shoes are twice the price of similar or exactly the same shoes you could buy elsewhere. They try to convince the public that they are "special" and offer you something more than the standard shoe store. Actually if you believe this, you are either extremely unobservant, or just a sucker. No way would I ever go back to this place. Don't be take in.... shop elsewhere. more
